When will I receive my order?
It takes us between 3 and 7 working days to process an order, after which we will send it to you. Shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 p.m. GTM + 1 (except holidays) are shipped the same day. If you place an order after 3:00 p.m., GTM + 1 or holidays, it will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (except holidays). Please note that Saturday delivery is not available at this time, and transit times above are not necessarily guaranteed
Where is my order shipped from?
With the exception of the surf ponchos, which we ship from Spain, we work with several print-on-demand companies with management centers around the world, so it is possible that when you purchase several products, they will arrive separately.
Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs charges. This fee is not under our control, and is decided by your local customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly between countries, so we recommend talking to your local authorities to clarify this point.
How can I get updates on the status of my order?
We will keep you informed about your order by email.
Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use your tracking URL to check the status of your order.
My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What do I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:
-Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
-Ask about your order at your local post office.
-Ask your neighbors if the carrier had left them your package.
Pro tip: Avoid theft.If you won't be home on the day of delivery, use your work address or where you'll be.
If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at info@amarra2.com with your order number.
If there is a problem with your shipping address, we could send your product again, but you will have to bear the costs.
Pro tip: Your zip code is a crucial part of your address. Make sure you enter it correctly.
What happens if I'm not home when the carrier delivers my order?
We will inform you when your order is ready for delivery by email. If you are not at home and your provider cannot reach you by phone, they will leave a receipt in your mailbox.
To reschedule a delivery date, contact the courier company.
