BCN police identifies surfers in the middle of the Blas storm
In a bizarre operation, the Barcelona Urban Guard identified several surfers this past Wednesday, November 10, who were enjoying the waves in Barcelona when the red flag waved in the middle of the Blas storm.< br>
The Barcelona City Council activated the alert for bad sea conditions once the storm Blas has reached Barcelona, as well as a Procicat alert for the forecast of waves of more than four meters in Catalonia .
According to municipal sources they have been identified because "with a red flag and with the activation of the Municipal Action Plan in the alert phase due to bad sea conditions, access to the water for any type of activity".
There have been several people who have criticized the police action on social networks and have denounced that it is precisely when there are waves when you can practice surfing.
